The light salon with two lounge sections, including a bar and office, displays many fresh ideas such as a skylight and full height side openings to give it the optimal alfresco feeling. A well appointed galley with dumb waiter and cold room stores is adjacent to the salon and the staircase for optimal access to all dining areas on the yacht. Our production facilities, TSMM, located in the Antalya free zone at the Turkish Riviera currently cover a total of 20,000 square metres working space. More than 25 years experience in composite production position TSMM as a major player in the global market for advanced composite built yachts. Our shipyard was one of the first to use epoxy resin, and today the facility has digital cranes, precision machines, its own carpentry shops, and access to a large tank testing facility for vessels of up to 45 metres in length.
Throughout the entire production process (from the first design sketches to shop floor activities) advanced software is used, e.g. automated project management and control systems. Highest precision is a pre-requisite to create yachts of benchmark-setting quality.
For supervision and consultancy during the different stages of planning and production, NED SHIP co-operates with ZUCKER & PARTNER, an international marine surveyor company based in Hamburg, Germany.
With frequent on-site quality control inspections, progress reports and the final pre-delivery tests every aspect of the construction is followed to assure premium quality. Prospective yacht owners are of course more than welcome to bring along additional surveyors.
